Nice bowl, poor shipping!

I ordered this as a gift, but it was delivered in a plastic bag in a shipping box with other items and the shipping box was clearly opened and taped up again before being delivered. Unacceptable! Macys do better!

Terrible packaging

Item arrived totally destroyed, in pieces. Really? Just wrapped in a bubble wrap inside a Macys box with no support.

Was not impressed!

I was really disappointed with this item. I recently just purchased pretty much everything The Cellar James has in White and more as long it was white. But this chip and dip bowl first of all was filthy dirty. And the bowl itself isn’t deep enough to hold chips, nor the dip portion in the middle isn’t very deep so it wouldn’t hold much dip and it’s heavy. I wanted to love it so badly too. I just couldn’t! Sadly it’s getting returned. I can’t recommend this bowl, sorry!

Not Microwave Safe or Dishwasher Safe

I purchased the Aaden Chip & Dip Bowl set and was extremely disappointed with the quality and safety. The product description claims it is microwave safe and dishwasher safe, but that is absolutely not true. I used it just once, and the dip bowl separated from the plate without any warning. This caused an injury to my finger. A serving dish should never pose a safety risk, and this one clearly does. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Very slow service

I received a message asking if I was enjoying my purchase but it hasn't arrived!!!!! AND have been receiving messages that it would arrive by Wednesday AFTER I need it!!!! I worked for the company for 25 years! and they were never so slow..... Ridiculous!

Great design and quality, I love that this is white so you can focus on what is being serve, and ease of cleaning. t's the perfect snack tray for family or having friends over. The only thing I don't like is that it's a little heavy
