Beautiful Dinner Bowl

I haven't used this yet, as I just received it a little bit ago, but I absolutely love it.

Every single bowl is broken!

I have been a loyal Macys shopper for 40 years and I have never experienced anything like this. As soon as I picked up the box I knew it was not going to be good. 12 bowls and not 1 was in tact. Many broken in multiple pieces, some with small pieces broken off the edges, not 1 usable piece. The box was way too big and there was no packing around the bowls. Whoever packed and shipped this was unconcerned with the outcome. Fortunately I ordered them early as they are a gift for Christmas and I have time to return and repurchase them. Unfortunately it takes weeks to get the refund back to my card. I have always loved Macys but the past year or 2 they seem to be going down hill.
