Wrong Size Listed in Ad

I purchased the platter for a specific use based upon the listed measurements. The piece I received is much larger. It is supposed to be 10" long. It is 16". This piece does not fit into the space it was purchased for. It cannot be returned because it is "LAST ACT". That policy needs to be revised when the wrong item is received.

Dishes are too thick to fit in the dishwasher

Disappointed that these dishes are exactly what I wanted, but they are too thick to fit in the dishwasher

Beautiful bowls but delivered in pieces

The blue bowls are beautiful but three of four were delivered broken. Thin styrofoam packaging sheets did nothing to protect the bowls from damage especially since they were stacked together in the box. Although the fourth bowl had a small chip I decided to keep it. Returning severely damaged to store.

Only disappointed because the matching plates are too "fat" to fit in the dishwasher.
