Poor product quality check

This looks like it was returned and reshipped but Macy's didn't check the quality of before shipping it back out. The styrofoam was destroyed and therefore so was the cookie jar. This was not the fault of shipping this was the fault of Macy's

I bought this cookie jar for my daughters birthday and she loves it. I had it shipped to the store so I knew it wouldn't be damaged and it came in perfect condition and on time. I recommend anyone that loves gnomes as much as my daughter buy one here from Macys.
