Poorly packed. This and another item came just before Christmas broken. Not reliable for Christmas deliveries. When I wanted to escalate this poor experience, customer service gave me an email that wasn't being monitored.

Very Unhappy

The package arrived 12/20, just in time for Christmas but the platter was broken in several pieces. Macy’s placed a porcelain platter in a very large box and only topped it off with a couple pieces of crumpled brown paper. It seems like most breakables I order here are shipped this way and arrives broken. I will no longer be shopping here
