Order not fulfilled properly

Poor customer service. Ordered two sets of glasses only received one!! Been two weeks still no glasses or refund issued. Customer service just says, request has been submitted. Their records don’t even show the order was fulfilled properly. The glasses are nice, however my table is missing four!!

Please handle with care

These are fragile wine glasses, but they were shipped without any protective padding, which was disappointing. With just a little more attention to packaging and shipping, I wouldn’t have needed to request a replacement. I hope this feedback helps improve future orders.

Broken glass

The box came with a broken glass. It was from poor packaging…The large box has two smaller boxes that were not secured and were loose to bang into each other. No wonder they broke

Great glasses if they arrive unbroken

I read reviews about these breaking in shipping - so I ordered for store pickup. Instead Macy’s shipped them to my house. One box was fine, the other had 3 broken glasses. The good news is that they quickly gave me a refund - the bad news is that I actually asked for a replacement. Now I have 5 glasses instead of 8, and I’m not sure if I’m going to risk another order. The glasses are not wrapped at all - just in a box with dividers.

Awkward but inexpensive

These glasses were really inexpensive on sale so I got them for backup when we have more company over and wine glasses seem to always run short. I would like them, but the stem is so awkwardly short that it throws off the look and feel of the glass. They are fine for backups but I wouldn't use them on the regular.
