Poor shipping

I was really looking forward to using the glasses. But when I picked up the box, it made noise so I realized that all the glasses were broken. So I don’t know who the idiot was that prepared the glasses for shipping but they have no idea on how to package Glass so it doesn’t break. Need us to say I had to order another set.
