For the second time I was disappointed 😞

Today I just received mine and I really wanted to see how it looked and when I saw that it was broken I was very disappointed because this is the second time I ordered it: the first time I ordered it, they never sent it to me and they told me that They had already sent it. What a disappointment 😕
