A perfect way to waste your time

I did not in fact receive my purchase and when I asked if they could look into what happened they just offered to send me a new item or a refund, as I did want the item I asked for them to send the item again. Somehow in their system this item isn't available for "expedited delivery" so instead their system automatically issued a refund, I called customer service and no one was able to help actually send me the item I paid for. Don't buy from Macy's they don't care about customer service.

Sleek but too Chunky and Heavy

The look is sleek and clean but the plates and bowls are heavy. Also, the bowls do not stack as well as I would have liked for storage so I returned the sets. (Did not meet my expectations).

Nice but Dinner Plates are Heavy.

I bought this set last minute for a dinner party - I liked the simplistic design and it was perfect for my occasion. However, if I was to use this set everyday then I find that the dinner plates are too heavy.
