Issues with pick up

I am very satisfied with the item… Not satisfied with in-store pick up. The employees were very unprofessional and kept giving them runaround to three different people, and it took forever to figure out which item was to be picked up. Then given a hard time once ID was shown is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Now what they used to be

I purchased this brand of plate many years ago, and have always enjoyed them until I recently broke one. I was able to find this brand at Macy's and purchased a set to replace the broken plate from my original set. The quality of the plates i recently purchased is so much worse than they were years ago. There is hardly a straight edge to be found on this new set. The corner on one of the small plates is so bad it touches the plate beneath it when they are stacked. I am pleased to have replaced the broken plate, but these plates are poorly made and are not cheap. Unless you have a specific need, I would not purchase them. I did not read any reviews prior to my purchase, but that is on me if there is a previously noted quality issue.
