Can't Get Any Help From Anyone

Purchased 2 sets of these dishes, plus additional pieces that match nicely. We did receive the matching pieces, but the actual dish 12 pc dinnerware was shipped seperately. We ordered 2 sets. They were scheduled to be delivered on April 1st via UPS, then updated to April 2nd. It is now April 10 and we are still waiting for an update for the delivery. They've been sitting at the UPS hub in Parsipanny NJ since April 1 and you can't speak to an individual at UPS nor at Macy's. Everything is automated, and its become extremely frustrating. The other pieces that we ordered with those sets are nice. However, if we dont get this resolved quickly, we have no reason to keep them and they will all be returned to the store. I will never have anything shipped from this store in the future. Not a sole follows up on any of the orders.

Plate set

This is a beautiful plate set exceptionally made only problem I have with it. It is too big for my microwave and the bowls for the cereal. Too small overall Iwill recommend it.

Great Product but Pathetic Macy's customer service

The Square Dinnerware is great. After opening all the boxes, one bowl was cracked. Trying to get Macy's pathetic oxymoron customer service to do something about the problem was a joke. First they do not understand English and no matter what was said they basically said there was nothing they could do to replace the one bowl. I can't believe customer service could be that stupid and had no idea how to handle the problem.
