Beautiful platter and priced well below others.

I don't know why, but I think this plain white platter is just beautiful. It's a great piece to use at parties or any type of gathering. The size is perfect for us and it goes along with other versatile pieces in my serving ware.

Cellar Marc Platter Arrived Broken So Disappointed

I ordered the Cellar Marc large rectangular 12x18 platter because it looked beautiful online, but unfortunately it arrived broken. There was barely any protective packaging, and the platter was cracked when I opened the box. It’s very disappointing, especially from a store like Macy’s.

Macy's has gone downhill

As other reviewers have said, the tray has potential but needs some quality control. The tray was sent to me initially shattered into many pieces at the bottom of a box without any sort of wrapping. The second tray that was sent to me was intact, but you could see that it was not smooth and had bumps all over the tray. I returned it in store, which was also a hassle. The folks in the store are not helpful and not interested in helping with returns. It is unfortunate as I won’t be shopping at Macy’s anymore. There are much better retailers out there with better customer service and better products.

Shipping

The tray appeared nice except it was not properly packed. When I received my order, it was broken and I was very disappointed. But the plate looks nice and can be used for many purposes.
