Item was damaged in shipping

It arrived broken and I had to return it. Very poorly packed. So sad looked nice. Happy I shopped with Macy's they took it back and were very professional. Excellent customer service

Damaged

I was excited when my package arrived today, but that feeling quickly disappeared. As soon as I picked up the box from my porch I could hear that it was broken into lots of pieces. I didn’t even bother opening the box. Will be returning asap.

My whole order was delivered to the wrong address with the proof of completely wrong house. Macy’s refused to refund while they want to investigate. It has proof of delivery of the wrong house and they still wont refund. Extremely irritating that they use OnTrac who delivers to the wrong houses all the time!

Like the bowl but

This beautiful bowl was placed in a used box and placed into another box and delivered by someone from gub hub! What doorknob thought to NOT USE ANY SRUFFING, BUBBLE WRAP OR PAPER STUFFING?
