Received a box that was a clear return. How do I know? Because the return ticket was still in the box! Not a single one of the contents were individually wrapped to protect from damage. These items were thrown into the “damaged” box and shipped off. To top it off, items arrived scratched, damaged and missing pieces!!! I have never experienced such a horrible delivery from Macys up until now. It’s going to be interesting to see how quickly Macys resolves this issue. Absolutely unbelievable that a Macys associate would send something like this out. I wish we could post photos here.
TOO HOT STUFF
VERY THIN METAL AND THE HANDLES HEAT UP JUST ENOUGH TO BURN YOUR HANDS,
Unfortunately, I have to return this set because it scratched my electric stove top and damaged it. Despite it saying in the directions it’s compatible with electric stovetop….it is not. I specifically picked this set for that option. I will have to agree with the other reviews that the paint comes off easily…very disappointed in this product by Macys.
