Beautiful Piece

simple and elegant and not so delicate that it will chip with the first ding. It is also tall enough for a taller cake. I love this piece

Beautiful - but too fragile!

I love this item! Read several reviews that this item was too fragile, and I was hoping this wasn't going to be the case for me. Unfortunately, the dome broke - washed it, placed in on the dish rack, picked it up to hand-dry when I noticed chucks of glass had broken off! So disappointed! Macy's customer service was excellent! Processed me a credit. As much as I want to buy an exact replacement, I will be buying a different cake stand.

It is awesome for the price ! I was looking for one for a while and it was available in the store and looks great
