Perfect for Tiramisu

I just bought this recently and i wasn't sure if i wanted this item because i already bought the cake stand in the collection, but then i thought there are some desserts that you can't really serve in a pan, (too impractical) and you can't really display them in a cakestand because they are not solids like cakes and cupcakes. I need something to display them in that would look great and elegant. I think my first dessert that i am going to display on this is Tiramisu this is a perfect dish to display tiramisu and serving it to the guest. Although,This would be nice if it had a cover not necessarily a dome cover but just a glass cover to keep the desserts fresh when stored in the fridge. I am really happy with this purchase and the price i paid for it.

Beautiful bowl!! Great price!

The bowl itself is very pretty. The glass is a thinner than I would like but I make sure to mix everything before I place it in the bowl and I haven't had any problems.

The quality of glass is very poor. I guess the cheap price makes up for it.

Great buy

I have this and I also bought one for my grandmother in law. I make a chocolate layered trifle and everyone loves it, but I also think they love how good it looks layered in this trifle bowl. These are also hard to find. I don't usually see them in Target/Walmart. I shopped around and Macys had the best size/quality for the best price (plus it was on sale, both times!) If you make a layered dessert I would highly recommend this.

Inexpensive and cute

I use this trifle bowl primarily to hold fresh fruit and would probably use it for actual trifles if I were more talented, since it's simple and clean-looking. The price was right and the quality is great!

Poor quality

It cracked in the first use, im going to return it, waste time and money!!!

Cracked!

Glass is beautiful but quality is poor. I used it once and it cracked during that first use. If you just want it on a shelf then worth it, but if you actually plan on putting food in and washing watch out!
