great silicone pan

Very happy I decided to purchase this. Did not grease the pan and egg bread loaf popped out with no sticking. The loaf deeps a nice shape with the re-enforced frame on the top rim and some reenforcing ridges on the sides. The sides of the loaf did not cave in like it did when I bake in a metal loaf pan lined with parchment paper

Sturdy and nonstick

Silicone is thick and sturdy. There is a metal frame to hold it in place. If you put a heavy batter into it, you may need to support the bottom, but I have used them multiple times already and they are fine directly on the oven rack. Super easy to wash - I just wash by hand and they come clean easily. They are just perfect for what I was looking for and seem to be of high quality.

Didn't know I needed this as much as I did. I'd been spraying loaf pans and struggling to get breads out of a pan for years. The Cellar Silicone Loaf Pan makes this part of baking so very easy that I'll be baking more often now.
