I like the rubber spoon end and the metal handle. The spoon has some "give" but the handle is firm. Scraping the sides of the pan is much easier with this spoon! My only precaution is to not touch the metal end if that part of the handle has been immersed in hot liquid. Use a potholder when stirring hot liquids.

A well weighted silicon cooking spoon
This is a good silicon cooking spoon with a well weighted handle.
A fine silicone mixing spoon
Although I had yet to use it, this silicone spoon is well weighted by a good metal handle. It's just what I needed.
Small spoon
The spoon part is not very big.
Very shallow spoon - not deep enough
The spoon is sturdy, but it is not deep. I was hoping to use it as a serving spoon - but it's very shallow.
