This spoon is nice but not good for cooking a sauce or soup. Its not deep. good for other cooking but not if you need a deep spoon.

Really nice

Great long handle. Purchased in red. Should have washed by hand instead of the dishwasher. The dishwasher caused the red color to discolor.

Good product
