Gorgeous Bowl!

I loved it at first sight! Made out of excellent quality wood. Its weight and simple design make this piece stand out on any table setting. Bought it as a gift for a friend but had to order another one for myself!

Twice as Nice!

This bowl is very beautiful, and heavy. I did return one previously for an even exchange as there were nicks and imperfections which seemed to reflect the item had been dropped or roughly handled, but the process was seamless and the next piece was wonderful. This is my second bowl purchased and gifted, because the first bowl I gifted was admired so much.

Given to me damaged in store

I ordered this item for pickup & can't believe that an employee looked at & touched it & decided to sell it in this condition. The pics don't do it justice. You can see the wood through the black enamel. The cuts are deep & plentiful. (I didn't notice until I got home because it was covered in bubble wrap.) This was supposed to be a gift, and now I have to drive to another location & hope that the bowl they have reserved for me isn't damaged. The bowl is beautiful, but the employee should have canceled the order if this was all they had left. The service on the phone when I called about this was awful. This is likely to be the last thing I buy at Macy's.

Bowl looks great but arrived damaged

The bowl looks exactly how I expected, except it arrived with a scratch on it. It was packaged well, so I don't think this happened in delivery. It was scratched, and they shipped it anyway. And it's so difficult to return an item with Macy's, and apparently they don't do exchanges -- I must return the one I received and then purchase a new one. It's so difficult to do business with them. What company won't do exchanges when the item arrives damaged?? I don't recommend Macy's.
