Not what I expected

These cookies do not match the photo at all. And the "gift box" was smashed. They were supposed to be a gift but I didn't want to present them as they came. We decided to try them ourselves. At least they were lemon, but were doused in powdered sugar, were very messy and did not seem fresh. Not impressed.
