great looking recipes

Tried a few recipes, and the results were great. The family didn't notice the difference...lol I did question some of the recipes that appear to contain a high amount of sugar and flour thus negating the 'diabetic ' aspect of the cook book including fruit which contains a high amount of natural sugar, but everything in small portions should help.
