Keeps You Guessing!

The isolated location, variety of characters, celebrity wedding, and backstories keep this story moving. With so many motives for murder, there were some twists and turns while learning who was murdered and by whom. The characters weren't necessarily likable, but the plot was interesting and I wanted to keep reading to find out the ending. The constant changing of POV slowed the flow a bit for me, and the flashbacks to flesh out the backstories meant you had a lot to keep track of. I enjoyed the story, but would prefer a slightly different format. Even so, I would read another book by this author. I appreciate her attention to detail and how everything comes together in the end.

This book got me back into reading.

This book is the reason I love reading again. I have not enjoyed a book this much in years. It took a few chapters to get used to but it was amazing. Half way through the book I could not put it down. It does have some minor triggering content but if you can get past that you will love this book.

Horrible

It was so bad. I read up to 85% of the book and still felt like nothing was happening it was like there were going back and forth and going nowhere. There was a whole lot of useless information and to many characters that I don't remember what happened with them the last chapter. There was to many characters for each of them to have a chapter 😑😮‍💨 I wouldn't recommend this book to anyone .

Guessing until the end

I enjoyed reading this book. There were a few times I had to put it down because my imagination started to take over. but I enjoyed the writing style. You learned more and more about the characters with each chapter. I would definitely read another of her books.

An overall wild ride...

I honestly can't even remember what spurred me to read this novel, as I generally don't gravitate toward murder mysteries, but I guess I was intrigued! This novel was told in varying timelines, from multiple POVs. This method of storytelling inevitably leads to a feeling of chaos, seemingly by design, as the reader attempts to uncover the truth about "whodunit" from often unreliable narrators. Lots of twists and turns abound - some more predictable than others - and an overall a wild ride. I liked it, but just didn't LOVE it, probably mostly due to my aversion to murder mysteries, not because of how it was written🤷🏻‍♀️.

Great!!!

I have never finished a book front to back or write reviews, but I could not put this book down. The plot twists are amazing and the author leaves you on the edge of your seat always. I could not recommend another book more than this one.

Not very good.

I was disappointed in this book. I guess being on a best seller list can be deceiving and not reflective of quality. Having said that, there were some bright spots where it started to get interesting. Almost all characters lacked substance. It was annoying how the plot skipped back and forth in time. The ending was not very interesting.
