This is my new favorite cookbook. It has opened up my vegan cooking world! Many of the recipes are time-consuming, but the point is to make pantry staples that you can store and use over time. Her recipe for non-dairy, non-awkward-coconut-cream whipped cream has changed my vegan dessert outlook for sure. The unsteak, unribs, and "now and zen" burger are among the best vegan versions of those foods that I've had from any restaurant. It would be good to have more clear estimates of time needed listed next to the "servings made" line, but other than that, I've been very happy with this book!
