Inaccurate information in this book.
Prince Charles did not propose to Diana at the home of Camilla Parker Bowles while Camilla was looking out the window! Charles proposed to Diana at Windsor Castle. The author is creepily obsessed with Charles " romantic life ".. It stopped reading this weird book . I expected this from " the author".

Ok book on King Charles but..
I'm reading it now ..just getting to when he meets & courts Diana. The author seems obsessed with Charles and how Charles was " neglected" and " unloved" by hos parents. First of all how can one know how a complete stranger " feels"? Mr Anderson seems to " know" ! ( Did King Charles tell him? No, I don't think so). The author is surmising lots of emotions that Charles " felt". How does anyone know what goes on in another person's head and heart? Charles felt very much loved by hos grandmother The Queen Mother..& by trusted nannies. For Charles to have turned out as he has ( Loving, kind , empathetic etc ) He must have felt loved as a child despite what Mr Anderson" claims" ! So tired of psychobabble books like this !!
