Some of my favorite activities from the book: Make a List of What’s Bothering You Reassure Yourself Write Five Sincere Compliments for Yourself Confront Your Fears Meditate On What Soothes You Whenever I’m feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or overstimulated sometimes I don’t know what to do with myself. I’m so excited I have this book to guide me to help alleviate these symptoms and help my mind relax. Highly recommend if you need some self-soothing techniques in your life!
