Falling apart

Not only is the item damaged, but you can’t return it through Macy’s, I went to the store and wasted an hour trying to go from customer service for them to send me to jewelry back to customer service and then told to call another number. Called the number was told it would be returned and waited a few days and no return processed then called again and was asked to call the company???? Unbelievable
