THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER CHECKING OUT

I PURCHASED THIS ITEM TODAY WITH THE FRIENDS AND FAMILY DISCOUNT. AT CHECKOUT I WAS ASKED IF I WANTED TO USE MY STAR REWARDS ON THE ITEM. CLICKED YES FOR USING MY $80 REWARDS. THE SUBTOTAL SHOWN AT CHECKOUT WAS NOT WHAT THE SUBTOTAL SHOWED AFTER CHECKOUT. NEW TOTAL AFTER SALE IS COMPLETE WITHOUT FRIENDS AND FAMILY DISCOUNT AND MY STAR REWARDS ARE NOW GONE. NOWHERE TO CALL FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONLINE CHAT GAVE ME A NUMBER THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO CALL RIGHT NOW. SO FRUSTRATED AS THIS WAS GOING TO BE MY 4TH PURCHASE WITH THE LOVERY JEWELERLY ON MACYS. THEY CAN FORGET IT NOW! UUGGH. MACY'S NEEDS TO IMPORVE THEIR SITE - AND WHERE THE HECK ARE MY STAR REWARDS NOW??!!!
