I’m really surprised that Macys would send me an item for my toddler grandchild that is used. The packaging was torn open and the size of the hoodie is smaller than what I ordered. It looks like it was washed a few times and the ticket was not attached to the hoodie it was just placed in the bag. Not to mention wrong color. Very disappointed! I want my money back…
