Tight over the arch

Unfortunately I received 2 different sized boots in my order and this was the last pair instock. Disappointed that they sent our 2 different sized boot...not sure how that got thru quality control. As well boot was tight over the stitching over the arch of foot...so Id suggest order a whole size up if you plan to wear with thick socks. First time I ordered thru their online store and have to say their online service needs improvement...lots of errors just placing order and using the returns process. But glad they have live chat.
