an almost perfect bag

I love the three zipper pockets. It is the perfect size. Only change i would make is to allow for changing out the strap as i would like the option to carry as a shoulder bag.

I purchased this bag, and at first, I found it very useful. However, I only used it three times: • The first time it worked perfectly. • The second time, the zipper got stuck several times. • The third time, the fabric tore and the zipper kept getting stuck when opening or closing.

Will never buy from North Face again!

I will never buy from North Face again. There was an issue with my shipping address that they refused to fix before the order ever even shipped and now I'm out money for a product that I will never receive. Genuinely the worst company I've ever ordered from.
