Poorly Made

I have been buying the Thermoball for the last 6yrs for my children, this is first time I am returning one. The coat is way to thin, around the wrist the coat started to unravel leaving a hole. Whatever change you have made Northface with the Thermoball Jacket change it back. This is purely ridiculous to spend this amount of money and not get a poorly made jacket in the process. I will be returning and will not be purchasing this jacket again.
