I have purchased this item in December for a Christmas gift. It was on backorder so I never received it for Christmas. Finally they said it’s available for pick up being that I didn’t receive it for Christmas. I did not need it anymore so I didn’t pick it up all of a sudden January 22. It’s saying the status is picked up also because I didn’t pick it up. One of the workers scanned it and said I did and they charge me for it I had to call multiple time for them to remove that payment from my account.when I did not pick it up. They are dishonest thieves.
