Membrane will peel off. Might not be covered under warranty
White membrane inside the jacket is peeling off. Called customer service and they know this is an issue. The customer service representative said most jackets will peel off with time and there is nothing they can do about it. They might replace it if it's less than 7 years old - no guarantee. This is poorly designed and you should stay away. There are many different options out there without known manufacturing defects.

Amazingly versatile jacket!
I bought this jacket before spending four months in Europe, knowing I was going in very cold weather and had limited packing space. I ended up buying this jacket a size larger with the intention of layering a more insulate jacket underneath. The combination of jackets kept me very warm and most importantly completely dry! It also allowed my to shed a layer when necessary and not take up too much space in a backpack/luggage. I love that this jacket looks more stylish than a traditional rain jacket, but it doesn't call a lot of attention to you. I appreciate the added length in the back for keeping me dry again. It's an absolutely amazing jacket and layering it was a great alternative to traveling with a bulky winter coat that probably isn't waterproof.

Bought for my mom - will have to buy one for myself!
My mom is in love with this jacket - fits perfectly, looks very stylish, and is very lightweight! The grey color is beautiful.

Great Rain Jacket!
This jacket definitely keeps the wind and rain away! I shopped for months trying to find just the right rain jacket that could be dressed up or down and this is it! I ordered a size larger than usual to accommodate layers as this coat does not have a liner-glad I did because it is a fitted style. I love the detailing in the back-dresses it up. I am 5'2" and the back length covers my bottom-another feature I was seeking.

Best. Jacket. Ever.
This is the perfectly constructed jacket that will take you through 4 seasons. I work in auto sales and needed a good raincoat without the bulk that fits nicely and this is the one. The waist nips in a bit and can be snapped so it doesn't hang there and look sloppy. I am 5' tall and weigh around 135 but I am large in the chest area so I got a large and am glad that I did. The reflective strip across the back is a big plus for me. The jacket folds nicely and is quite compact for packing for travel, as well as storage.I highly recommend this jacket for anyone that has to brave the elements and still wants to look nice. There is literally nothing about this jacket that I would change. The price point is right on as it's a great value for the price.
