Solid small Carry On

It's a nice carry on, been very sturdy for me but space wise the interior is small. The build is very solid and weather proof, works good for short weekend trips when I don't need extra shoes or gear.

Broken latch

The one latch broke while I was on a trip and would not open. I had to use a butter knife to pry the latch open and now it will not relock. I now have to travel with a suitcase that will not close. This is the worst purchase that I have made. You can find bigger roller carry on bags for cheaper that are built with far better quality control.

Bag was great! Perfect for Domestic and Euro carryon for 1-5 days. Replacement wheels seemingly impossible to get! Bag not so great...

Excellent quality and customer service.

What a great carry on and company!

I travel weekly by plane for work. The wheels suitcase get where I'm going with ease. The compartments inside of it are super helpful, and it fits even in tight overhead space. My first bag lasted nearly a decade. North face stay true to their lifetime warranty and sent me a replacement bag :-). Pleasantly surprised, and so happy with their customer service.
