Poor quality

I have been a fan of North Face for years. I have been buying winter jackets for my sons and myself. Never was disappointed until yesterday...I received Arrowood Triclimate 3-in-1 in mail. Fabrics used by North Face in this product are not they used to be in previous years or even a year ago. It is very thin ...cheap looking and the inside portion is not fleece at all ... and strings controlled hood ( you can't see it in the picture) M men's is True to size, grey color is good looking and as pictured. Very disappointed in quality . Returning .
