Seems like a good pack jacket.

Packs fairly well into pocket 9x5x2. Small enough to throw in a pack and be secure. That's all I've done with it so far.

Not even close to water resistant

Whatever the rating is for the lightest bit of water resistant, repellant, proof - there are many words now for degrees of water resistance - this jacket is not any of them. This thing absorbed water like tissue paper - I was very surprised.
