Incorrect Item Received

Received completely different item than what is pictured. Unfortunately not the first time from Macys, best bet is to order items that are not shipped from Macys Distribution Center. Doesn't seem to be an efficient operation.

Amazing quality but quite pricey

Amazing vest! Love the style and it's very warm! I am not sure if the price tag is appropriate for it. Definitely not cheap but you feel the quality materials. I decided to keep it!

So disappointed in North Face customer service

I would love to be able to give a review on the vest I purchased as a Christmas gift for my husband. However, I never received my pkg and North Face would not help me with a refund, credit or anything. They basically said oh well too bad for you but we can't help. I will NEVER buy anything from North Face again and have told all my family and friends about the horrible experience I had and have encouraged them to do the same and instead take their business elsewhere. I really am very disappointed and angry. Expected better from a huge company like North Face.

Excellent vest!

This vest is the perfect weight. It keeps you warm, but you don't get over heated wearing it. My husband loves it!
