Too Baggy
Purchased these for my husband who is 185lbs abs 6'7". They were very baggy and the MEDIUM waist was surprisingly too big. Had to return.

This is a keeper! I would absolutely buy it again.
I initially purchased the Regular thinking 31.5 inseam would be fine. I returned it for the Long because I like my cold weather pants to be longer than regular pants. I recommend getting the long If your inseam is 32.

Keeps you dry and warm
I've used these pant on the slopes in 40 degree weather and 10 degree weather. These pants are keep you dry and warm. Would recommend for any winter outdoor activity. I have yet to experience any quality issues.
