TNF quality has gone downhill

Just received this jacket, feels nice and warm. However, the quality is really lacking. There are insulation and loose fiber coming out of everywhere in this jacket. I just spent 15 minutes with a pair of scissors to cut off lose thread, insulation fiber and more. Still noticing a couple spots where stitching thread was missed. Yes, I got it on sale, still gotta say, this is pretty bad craftsmanship. Unsure how long this will last but fits well and warm.

I would buy this jacket again as it so warm

Live and ride in MN. This jacket is perfect for ridng and out an about. Warm has great pockets, longer sleeves holds up to cold weather and especially wind. Much better than a fleece. 6' 1 190 L.

I recommend buying this product.

Great buy great material. The jacket is warmer than it looks and does great in this cold New England weather. I'm 6ft tall 220 so I bought the XXL in blue which looks great and matches the color of my car.

Good but could be better

Good jacket, but the weirdly high collar gets in my face, noticed quite a few loose threads poking out, and the hood is too puffy and makes it uncomfortable to wear in the car. Wish I could return it!

Warm and light, but...

I have been a Thermoball fan for a decade, and always wished you would use it in a heavier fill jacket for winter weather. Now you have, and it is very warm for walking along the river in winter and general wear. I bought an XXL to allow for layering underneath. My older Thermoballs are XL's. The hood is too loose to keep wind from blowing in as is the bottom elastic. Draw cords and adjustments are necessary to put this jacket over the top.
