I returned the jacket due to the poor articulation in the shoulder area which causes the sleeves to slid half way up my forearms when raising my arms out in front of me.

short sleeves

Great jacket but wish they had a tall version. I tried the XXL and XL-size difference was massive. Took the XL but wish the sleeves and jacket length were longer.

I would buy other Northface products but since I am a woman,

This was bought as a Christmas gift for my son. He wanted it for a trip to NY. He loved that it felt lightweight, but warm , and was perfect for layering.
