Not satisfied

I love the forest green color but was extremely disappointed with this coat. I purchased the gray color a few years ago and loved the fit, warmth and how it looked on me. However, this coat is the same coat but the quality isn’t the same. It’s cheaply made and not made for cold weather.

Not happy with service

I had this jacket time back. It’s nice jacket. Light weight and warm enough. This time I ordered Small (S) size again. But I was very disappointed when I got Small Petite size. Its short for me - short sleeves and short length. I wonder if it was wrong advertisement or mistake on packing. I will return coat.

Thinner than expected

This coat was much thinner than I expected from North Face. It didn’t feel warm enough for cold temps. I was not impressed and will be returning.

Lightweight warm comfortable jacket

It’s the perfect jacket for Michigan winter. Light weight yet super warm. Fit is comfortable. Only thing is they have removed buttons .. so zipper is the only way to close it.

VERY THIN

I don't understand why this coat is popular. Very thin, does NOT keep you warm at all. I tested it out and had to switch back to my old coat. Runs Small too. I ordered a XXL which i am, it closed but was a very tight fir. Thin, does not mean warm. Not worth the money.

Lightweight coat that keeps you warm.

I really love my new coat. I wish that the hood was zipped to the jacket instead of buttons snapping it in. One good tug, and the hood comes off. It is still able to be re-attached, but I wish that part was different. The second piece is I wish it was water proof. Other than that, it is wonderful!
