Ratings & Reviews

Here's what customers think
"The reviews for this winter jacket are mixed. Many customers appreciate the warmth and comfort, describing it as "super warm and cozy". However, some report issues with the fit, particularly in the arms and shoulders, with the jacket running small. There are also complaints about the quality, such as the logo being an iron-on patch and the zipper being flimsy. Some note the new version differs from an older model, with a more tapered waist and less down fill. Overall, the jacket provides good warmth, but the fit and quality may not meet all customers' expectations."

Looks good but poor quality

Recently bought this jacket and wore it maybe for one hour and feathers started coming off of the jacket from everywhere, inside, back, arms. Definitely not the north face quality and price

Wonderful

I love the fit, color, and function of this parka. It keeps me warm and blocks the wind. It also fits nicely over layers and hits me in the right place below my thighs.

I would buy again, great choice

Much better than I thought it would be!!! Love the comfort and warmth level. Length is great for cold Ohio days even with wind chill. Avil color is nice and medium is true to size.

Beautiful coat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coat is beautiful, not heavy yet warm. I like it’s not bulky and not to heavy to carry when you take it off inside a mall for example. This shade of red is a nice change along the blues and blacks and grays that you see all the time.

Beautiful coat

I loves the beautiful color of this coat and the length was perfect. It was too tight just in my chest area. I was bummed I had to return the item. Unfortunately my size was not available after return.
