live in NYC and bought this jacket in January 2026. While it kept my torso somewhat warm, my arms, especially my forearms, were cold. The sizing is tricky. I have a small chest, so the jacket fit well there, but my hips and thighs are bigger, so it felt snug in that area. If I sized up to fix the snug fit, the chest became too big. save your time and money and do not buy this jacket.

Warm and soft

I love this coat. I debated on whether to spend the money but was thankful I did during recent snap of negative degree weather. It’s very warm, the outer layer is soft and waterproof, and the hood is the perfect size. I sized up so I could wear layers. The length is perfect, hitting at mid thigh (I’m 5’7”).
