One of the ziipper strings came off already making it hard to open that pocket. For the money I paid figured it would be better made.

I would buy it not from north face store .

The bag itself is beautiful, and my daughter absolutely loves it. However, the delivery date was not accurate, which caused a lot of frustration. Since the bag didn't arrive on time, I had to buy another one for her to start school with - which was an unexpected and unnecessary expense, especially since the original bag wasn't cheap. Most disappointing of all, my daughter was really upset that she couldn't begin her school year with the bag she had picked out. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience.

Saved my electronics!!

I have had this model backpack since 2018 and have zero complaints. Though, what really compelled me to write this review was I was wearing this backpack when I fell on concrete and slammed on my back and broke my ankle and foot. I had my Mac, iPad, and headphones in it and there wasn't the slightest bit of damage to any of it. I am grateful for the durability of this backpack and the protection it provides. I would 100% recommend this backpack to anyone in need of one!

Terrible customer service, long wait times for refunds

I purchased this bag. Realized right after purchase that it would come in too late. Tried to cancel it same day and was told it was too late to cancel. I shipped back the bag as soon as I got it (25 days ago). I still haven't received email confirmation of received the return. Still haven't received a refund. I have tried contacting multiple times and my emails would get returned to me. I finally got one response a coulee weeks ago that I would receive notification once they received back the product. I like North Face bags but definitely would not recommend ordering directly from North Face.

Would purchase again!

I got this backpack for college for myself. I have always wanted one but was hesitant on the price. Worth EVERY penny. Back pain is non existent while using this bag, fits everything perfectly. And I love the little gold trims. Color is perfect. I have nothing negative to say about this bag!
