Huge

I wear a medium in every TNF jacket and fleece I own. I was swimming in a medium in this. Returned for a small and it is still roomy.

Not easy to return

I bought a jacket on line and return in store. The cashier told me she could not return in my account, instead of a store credit receipt. After 12 days contact the customer service about the status, the answer is still pending! Very disappointed! Wil not buy Macy's on line again.
