Problem with the zipper

I love the fit and color. But, I could not get the zipper to go up once I got it on. I’m not sure if I order another one if the zipper would be the same.

Disappointed

I was very surprised that the material was so thin. Particularly because it was the North Face brand and was expensive compared to other brands. The color and style are cute and I'll keep it for Spring weather but it was a disappointment
