Processing and Delivery is Terrible!

This rating is given for Macys & its processing/delivery problems. Gift was supposed to arrive days before Christmas. After a week of "processing," it is now arriving after Christmas. This has been a problem I have encountered with Macy's as of late. Do not purchase from them if you need a gift within 1-2 weeks time. Unreliable and they use chatbots, so good luck reaching a live customer service agent.

I was hoping for a bit of stretch, and this band has it, Love the fur backing also. So soft on my head!
