The running best I've been looking for

I've used the vest several times now for cold, winter running and it does a great job at insulating my core and breaking the wind. I like that it provides an intermediate layering option between a jacket or having nothing extra over a thin long sleeve. The cut of the vest at the waist is intentionally snug to keep it from riding up, which works, yet it isn't too snug (& it has stretch). This design feature might be why some people feel the sizing is off, but I do not see it that way. Nonetheless, if you want a more relaxed fit at the waist then perhaps sizing up would be best. If I had to nit-pick at something then it would be the quality of the zipper - the teeth are small and not the smoothest.

Love the fit. The color and reflective pattern is really nice. Wish it had zipped pockets.

Cute and functional but tiny

I use for running in the dark which works great, however the vest itself runs very small. I typically am a small but would recommend a medium or even large given how tight of a fit this is.

Very disappointed in this very thin North Face vest. Winter warmth is not what you will get from this vest with how thin it is. The front is barely quilted and the back is a thin fabric. Returning to Macy's.
