Oh… my… WHATT??!?

COULD NOT PUT DOWN. This book was absolutely freaking fantastic. Words cannot describe. It made me so happy and broke my heart so many times I can’t even count. This one was the most emotional one in the whole series and honestly after the second one… That’s impressive. I could not believe what I was reading. The first one started out innocent enough, and if I knew what I was getting into when I started that book… I would’ve gone in with a completely different attitude. Whenever I read the first one, it was happiness and bliss with beautiful dresses, princess classes, a hot prince, and a beautiful castle. By the end of the second one, I knew that this one was gonna be a rough ride, though I was not prepared for this First of all, I would like to point out that the amount of death there is in this book is highly significant. WAY more than in the other books. Like um, Keira… You OK girl? Something happen? Despite how much death there in the book, though it was not technically unnecessary. It did not throw off my love for the book at all, and I don’t recommend it any less. It was quite a tearjerker, though. One moment it was bliss in the next, it was absolute determination of the universe. I am happy that there is significantly less fighting in this book. Then the last one and I am very happy with that. However, there is a certain pointThat I am not to name for the sake of spoilers, that was absolutely horrific. Like drop dead was not expecting that. This book had me on my knees, crying. At one point I shut the book and had to give myself a good hour to think about what had just happened before I picked it back up. The twist and terms of this book were totally unexpected and absolutely insane. I will never look at this series the same again. Who knew that a book with a pretty girl on the cover with a beautiful dress on could turn out to be so deep and and absolutely heartbreaking at times. And with all of this, I will 100% recommend it. If you’ve got the guts to handle it, READ IT.

IN LOVE

I bought the first book of the series at the store, and I didn’t buy any of the others because I didn’t know if it was a book for me. I received the 2nd and 3rd book of the series last night. I finished them by 3am. I couldn’t put these down, I just wanted more and more as I read… here I am buying the rest of the series because I can’t read another book until I know how everything ends with this story. READ READ READ. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE CAPTIVATED BY READING A BOOK THAN THIS.

Where does America Singer’s heart lie?

The driving force for the finale of the Selection series is America’s decision as to whether or not she feels she can handle ruling a country and if her love for Prince Maxon is strong enough for that kind of pressure. And what about Aspen? The angst! Just as those decisions near, so do the rebels and the divided outside world is brought directly to the castle. It certainly proved to be a climatic finale in more ways than one.

So Happy With the Ending

** spoiler alert ** This was by far my favorite book of the Selection series. Although America’s actions really annoyed me in the first two books, she really redeemed herself in my eyes in this book. The relationship between her and Maxon made me so happy and it was one of those books that I have to set down every once in a while to smile about how much I love it. Also, the girl power in this book was amazing too. This book wrapped up America’s story so well and the ending left me so happy. I would definitely read this again.
