Very disappointed

I really loved the boots at first and they worked great but, despite not having had them for long, my feet get wet when I wear them in the snow. I can't see a hole on the sole so I don't even know when the water comes in through, but the whole purpose for me buying them was that they were waterproof.

So dissapointed

I am extremely dissapointed, i really needed a type of boot like this for the winter, and it was on sale for a great price, and being that i was getting it from Macy's i figured it was a great deal. When i received my item it was a complete mess. They looked as if someone walked all in sement with them, it was thick crusty material all over them. The bottom had a piece of rubber sticking out of them, and looked as if someone walkedin them for a few days, and stings hanging from the sides. The only good thing is that i was refunded my money back, but i just dont understand how Macy's could ship that out to one of their loyal customers, it just doesn't make sense to be. I feel like that was wrong, and in considerate. This was a horrible experience!
