Shipment and Quality Issues

Shipment was delayed - ordered 9/26 and didn’t arrive till 10/10. Then Macy’s account showed arriving by 10/9 but UPS didn’t deliver till 10/10. Also arrived damaged - looked like it was discolored and scratched up in areas.
