Still waiting

Ordered this ötem on December 11, 2025. Supposed to arrive in 5 to 6 business days. Today is January 5. 2026 . I realize there were a lot of holidays between Dec 11 and Jan 5, but also more than 6 business days have passed. Still waiting, still not received.

Order never arrived

Ordered 2+ weeks before Christmas and order never arrived. Status stayed on `shipped`. Given refund but no chase up or explanation by Macy`s to what happened. Very disappointing.

Horrible services

Email from Macy's said new delivery date it 12/14... 5 days ago. Package sat in Cerritos for 10 days, now it has sat in Hillsboro for 4 days, no movement. Never will I order from Macy's again. Totall unacceptable service

Review request before they are delivered!

Review request but glasses not even delivered yet. Purchased Dec 11th, not yet arrived Dec 20th but being asked to write a review already. Not great. Let's hope they are worth waiting for when received.
